A movement is born: The Lonely Hearts Club (named after the band from Sgt. Pepper). Penny is suddenly known for her nondating ways . . . which is too bad,
because there's this certain boy she can't help but like. . . .

REVIEW:

The Lonely Hearts Club is a lovely chick lit and romance book. It's so sweet and cute and light read. I really love the idea of the author of how the story went on. I find myself smiling and enjoying the entire time I read it and feel warm fuzzies when I put it down.

I'm not really big fan of the Beatles. when I'm reading this i get curios about the song Penny Lane and other songs by Beatles that mentioned here. so I download some of Beatles song and It just cant get out of my head. And Paolo Santos version of Penny Lane is so sweet hearing in my ears.

I love Penny. Her struggles and feelings are something that any teenage girl can relate to. The true reason why I was so fond of Penny, however, was her realistic voice. It made her seem all the more real and heightened her ability to relate to readers. This quality does not just end with Penny though. The members of the club were also very easy to relate to. There's so much girl empowerment and fun in this one and it reads like it should be a teen movie. It'd also be a great girl's book club pick.

Eulberg has truly created a group of girls that any girl would be happy to have as friends; they’re the type of girls you could always trust to have your back. Each time one of them had their own personal success it was like seeing one of my own good friends succeed. Seeing members of the club grow was definitely the highlight of this novel.

The Lonely Hearts Club is a great light read chose if your bored and just sick of all paranormal reads. :) And be sure you have John, Paul, George and Ringo playing in the background!
oh, now i love Beatles!
